Returns & refunds
We are open for business as usual, but please note that overseas shipments are taking longer than usual due to Covid-19 disruption to international postal services. Thank you for your patience.
Please contact us first if you are less than fully satisfied with something you have ordered. We will be happy to arrange a full refund for any reason, no questions asked. The print(s) will need to be returned to us undamaged within 14 days of receipt before refund can be made.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning goods. We will refund the original shipping cost up to the value of the 'standard' option.
Non-received goods
If you do not receive your order, and it can be assumed to be lost in transit, Pimlico Prints can provide a refund, in good faith, 3 weeks after shipping (or 5 weeks for overseas orders). Shipping costs are excluded from refunds. Please contact us within 6 weeks of your order date to make arrangements. Alternatively we can provide a one-off replacement set of prints free of charge, however please note that a subsequent refund cannot then be provided.
