Refund policy
Please contact us first if you are less than fully satisfied with something you have ordered. We will be happy to arrange a refund for any reason, no questions asked. The print(s) will need to be returned to us undamaged within 14 days of receipt before refund can be made.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning goods. We will refund the original shipping cost up to the value of the 'standard' option.
Non-received goods
*** Please check with your local post office collection point if you do not receive your order in the expected timeframe - shipments are sometimes held there, even if a delivery note has not been received ***
On very rare occasions, parcels can go missing, even when they are tracked. If you do not receive your order, and it can be assumed to be lost in transit, Pimlico Prints will provide a refund in good faith, 3 weeks after shipping (UK orders) or 5 weeks after shipping (overseas orders). We give these timeframes because in our experience this is how long the postal service can take to complete a delivery, in extreme circumstances.
Non-received goods must be declared to us within 6 weeks of the order date, please.
If an order is returned to us as 'undeliverable' (e.g. wrong address provided; or a delivery was attempted when nobody was home and the parcel was unclaimed), we will be happy to resend it but will need the shipping fee to be re-paid. Alternatively we can issue a refund, minus the shipping fee.
