Q. Can you design bespoke prints?

A. Please contact us if you have an idea for a print that you can't find in store. Often we are able to find a design or produce something tailor made, although we can't make any promises.

Q. Do you do other sizes than the ones shown?

A. If you require a size that is not listed, please contact us, we can usually accommodate custom size requests.

Q. Is it possible to get a discount if I buy several prints?

A. For larger orders we offer free shipping worldwide, which represents a great saving. If you want to order in bulk (20+ prints) please feel free to contact us and we will make a bespoke arrangement for you.

Q. My order hasn't arrived yet - where is it?

A. All orders are shipped within 2 working days. If your order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks (UK) or 4 weeks (rest of world), please check with your local post office, as they may be holding it for you. If it is not there we will be happy to send a free replacement or issue a refund at this point. Non-received orders must be reported within 10 weeks.

Please note that unless you selected a 'track and sign' shipping option we cannot provide any status updates.

Q. I gave the wrong address at checkout, can I change it?

A. Please let us know immediately if there is an error with the address, and if your order hasn't shipped yet, we will be happy to change the shipping details. If it is too late, we will usually be happy to resend the order if the shipping fee is paid again (please contact us for details).
